A place in transition

Axeltofta is an ongoing photography-led cultural research project exploring how change is experienced within a community whose future is being reshaped. When larger social decisions enter individual lives, the project considers what people have built, what they remain attached to, and what can or cannot be carried forward. Memory emerges as one way people orient themselves as familiar structures begin to shift.
