Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Percy Chang retains full copyright of all commissioned works
The client receives a limited, non-exclusive license for the agreed purpose only

Commercial use, advertising, resale, or extended licensing requires a separate agreement.

5.4 Artist’s Right to Display

Percy Chang retains the right to display commissioned work on this website, in portfolios, exhibitions, publications, or academic contexts unless confidentiality has been agreed upon in advance.

5.5 Payment & Cancellation

Payment terms are agreed individually.
Deposits, if required, are non-refundable.

If a commission is cancelled by the client, completed work will be invoiced accordingly.
If cancelled by the artist due to unforeseen circumstances, payments for unfinished work will be refunded.

6. Prints & Future Sales

This website may, now or in the future, offer photographic prints for sale.

6.1 Editions & Availability

Prints may be offered as:

Open editions

Details regarding edition size, paper, pricing, and availability will be specified at the time of sale and may change without notice.

6.2 Usage of Purchased Prints

Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright.
